Quality Control & Quality Management

Our quality process is designed to ensure that the goods we produce meet the exact standards required by our clients. We begin by producing a counter sample for every development, which is signed and kept in the factory for reference during production. We conduct inspections at all stages until the quality matches the counter sample or the client's expected standards.

For inspection, we require a signed counter sample, finish/color swatches, calibrated measuring and testing equipment, and necessary documents such as the product specification sheet and test reports. We also follow packaging guidelines, including ISTA 1A drop test packaging and moisture level requirements for packaging materials.

We request that factories raise an inspection request at least 7 days prior to inspection to allow us to organize the inspection and address any potential delays. We follow the inspection standard, report format, and procedure provided by the client, but if not provided, we follow our own procedure.

 

We conduct a pre-production meeting (PPM) within 7 days of receiving an order on any new style to inform the factory of quality standards and product limitations. We conduct inline inspections when 100% of the materials for production are in-house and 10-15 pieces are ready. Midline inspections are conducted when production is in the middle stage and around 30% of the shipment carton is packed.

Final inspections are conducted when the shipment is 100% packed. We strictly follow the defect classification sheet/instruction received from the client, but if not provided, we follow our own defect classification system, which includes critical, major, and minor defects. We send a detailed inspection report to the client on the same day of inspection, following the client's prescribed format or our own format if not provided.
